Phone installment documents: what to prepare

Applying for installments with iStar Mobile has two stages: you fill in the application online, then verify your identity and sign the contract at the branch. Each stage uses different information.
What you fill in on the online application
The online application has no file upload. You fill in the following:
- The model and storage you want
- Full name and mobile number
- Monthly income and occupation
- Your preferred branch, with appointment date and time
- ID card number, LINE ID and social media profile are optional
What to bring to the branch
On the appointment day, the branch checks your original ID card against your face and the name on the application, records the card details in the contract, then collects the down payment before handing over the phone.
- Your original ID card (photocopies not accepted)
- The phone with the same number you applied with
- The down payment amount given by the branch
Proof of income
Our team may ask for proof of income depending on your occupation, such as a payslip or past bank statements. Students can use a student ID or proof of enrollment.
